This is a critical phase as the key entities of an organization are identified, defined and initiated such as Services, KPIs and Actions, Datapoints, Mashups, Dashboards,Strategies, Workflow Templates, Users and Roles and Organizations

Change Time

This provides you with the option to change key artifacts depending on how well your organization is performing, implementing new strategies and KPIs. Depending on how the processes contributed, analyze and make amendments. Approve or reject requests for new Services, KPIs, Services, Dashboards and Mashups as well as Users, roles and privileges.

Runtime

Run time is where all the action happens as raw information is processed and evaluated against existing KPIs to trigger actions. Actions such as workflows, emails and all key metrics are captured for analyzing patterns.

Audit Time

For any organization analyzing and monitoring information is a key activity as it leads to understanding how the organization is performing as well as what needs to change. For future planning, setting goals and targets every individual at different capacity needs to understand and analyze information - transactional or historical.
